Hi, my name is Shani Gubler, and I’m deeply passionate about personal growth, transformation, and continuous improvement. From a young age, I was always a deep thinker, often feeling different from those around me. Raised by a single mother who struggled with undiagnosed bipolar disorder, ADHD, and depression, I had to learn how to navigate the world in my own way. My experiences shaped me into who I am today, guiding me toward holistic approaches to healing, empowerment, and growth.
Growing up, I didn’t have much external support, and my father, who was not present in my life, had little involvement—except for one incredibly transformative gift. When I was 16, he taught me the transcendental meditation technique. This practice, which I continue to follow to this day, was a life-saver. At the age of 15, I experienced such deep despair that I attempted to take my own life. The introduction to meditation felt like a vital, nourishing force I desperately needed. It gave me a safe space to surrender my anxieties and fears, finally offering the support I had been longing for. Meditation empowered me in ways I never thought possible, helping me feel whole and in control of my inner world without relying on external validation.
With meditation as my anchor, I embraced a holistic lifestyle that included nourishing food, yoga, dance, and other movement practices. These holistic principles not only supported my physical health but allowed me to find peace and balance in my emotional and mental well-being. Later, in my twenties, I pursued higher education in sociology, anthropology, and business management. However, my spiritual journey remained a central focus, and I began to study Ayurveda and Vedic culture more closely, with my father guiding me along the way.
It wasn’t until I moved to Canada with my husband and first daughter that I fully committed to teaching others. I completed a yoga teacher training program and started teaching. In my late twenties, I was growing as both a mother and a professional, but life soon took a dramatic turn.
After the birth of my third child, my world was shaken. At four months old, my daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy, and the doctors couldn’t understand why it was happening. This event sent my family into a whirlwind of stress, uncertainty, and fear. What followed was a period of tremendous strain that deeply impacted my marriage. My husband and I, once deeply connected, started to drift apart. We even reached a point where we almost divorced three times. It was a challenging and tumultuous chapter in my life, where we lived separately for a period, and everything I thought I knew and valued seemed to crumble.
Despite my long-standing meditation practice, I found myself struggling with anxiety and depression. I sought numerous therapies, spiritual teachings, and techniques, but nothing seemed to fully heal the deep pain I was experiencing. This journey taught me a profound lesson: relying solely on one technique or external source wouldn’t be enough. It was about something much deeper.
The turning point came when I realized that true healing could only begin when I reclaimed my sovereignty. I needed to recognize that I had the power to create change from within. It wasn’t about finding one "magic" technique to solve everything—it was about remembering that I already had the strength inside me to overcome my challenges and transform my life.
Through this journey of healing, I realized that my role is to empower others to reclaim their own power and guide them on their path to transformation. I’m now a holistic coach, and I truly believe in the power of a holistic approach that nurtures the mind, body, and spirit. It’s not about fixing problems with quick fixes or relying on just one method—it’s about embracing the whole person and empowering them to use their own inner wisdom to heal and grow.

Whether you're navigating struggles in your marriage or simply want to deepen your connections with loved ones, I provide guidance, tools, and techniques to improve communication, build trust, and resolve conflicts. Relationship coaching focuses on emotional healing, understanding each other's needs, and learning how to support one another in a healthy, fulfilling way.
